Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

2–4 weeks is ideal so we can lock your date and design. Closer than that? Ask anyway — we can often make last-minute magic happen.

Question 2

Do you deliver, set up & take it down?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for custom setups we design it, deliver it, install it on the day, and come back to tear it all down. You just show up and glow.

Question 3

Can you match my colors & theme?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Everything is built in your exact palette — sage & cream, blush, boho, moody jewel tones, whatever you're dreaming up.

Question 4

How much does a kids’ birthday cost?

Accepted Answer

Custom kids’ birthdays are scaled to your budget. Tap "See Packages & Pricing" up top, drop your email, and we'll show you the full breakdown instantly.

Question 5

Where do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Pittsburgh & the surrounding areas. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask when you request your design.

Question 6

Custom vs. Grab & Go — what's the difference?

Accepted Answer

Custom is a full designed setup we install for you. Grab & Go is a single ready-made piece (like a freestanding arch) that you pick up yourself.
